Steadcraft Bowrider Stainless Steel Keel Guard

This job required a bit more of a unique approach, as the boats keel design did not allow for a more traditional keel guard to be fitted, and with the customer wanting a more aesthetically pleasing and wear resistant solution than simply applying an epoxy carborundum strip, we went down the path of completing the repairs to the keel and then custom making a stainless steel wear strip to fit down the centre. Alongside the keel looking sharp, the 5mm stainless steel will help keel the fibreglass section of the keel in good shape for years to come!
