Four Winns H220
Four Winns H220 Gelcoat Repairs & Keelguard
This customer came to us with a few laminate blisters, some worn spots & a few holes from an old transducer on the transom that were no longer needed for the new replacement one, along with a hole in front of the cup holder in the dash that was for the old fish finder unit. We went about tackling all the hull repairs first, getting the boat up off the trailer & completing a gelcoat colour match to the hull. After all the resprays had been completed & buffed back to a gloss, we went through & fitted the new 7ft Keelguard to keep the hull keel well protected. The new transducer was fitted & sealed to the transom & the boat was lowered back on to the trailer. From there we setup internally in the boat to complete the hole repair in front of the cup holder. This required glassing it from the back side before completing the same from the front side to prevent any shrinkage around the hole over time. It was filled, fared & resprayed to get the dash looking like it was from factory!
