Viper 1800 Bowrider Repairs

This customer had a bit of a shock when a jet ski ran up the back of the boat and ended up doing a bit of damage to the deck and hull. We stripped out the damaged handle and proceeded with a full double sided structural fibreglass repair to the deck, before completing a fill and fair off of the area. Once the gelcoat had been colour matched, we completed the white respray. With a bit of damage occurring to the hull including quite an amount of crazing, we completed all the repairs to fix those issues before doing a colour match to the navy blue gelcoat and completing that respray. Once all repairs had been cut and buffed back to a gloss, we went about fitting a new set of handles to the boat and refitting the rub rail section. All in all, this boat is all good to get back out on the water for the family to enjoy!
