Nautique G23 Keel Repairs & Keelguard

A local customer dropped in his G23 Super Air Nautique for a repair along the keel to tidy it up after the gelcoat had worn through beaching it. We hoisted this beast of a wake machine from its trailer, setup the stands and went to work on getting the gelcoat colour matched, fairing out the keel, masking the whole hull up and completing a respray. From there we cut the whole bow area back to remove all other scratching and brought it through back to a nice gloss finish. Final touch was added in the form of a new 9ft long black keelguard to keep that keel protected for all future beaching.
