Fi-Glass Warrior Hull Repairs & Keelguard

After having a bit of an accident with some rocks, this customer brought his Fi-Glass Warrior to us to have all the repairs completed and a new keelguard fitted while it was off the trailer. After grinding out the damage to the aft end of the keel, we went about laying a new laminate down before fairing it off and prepping the gelcoat for colour matching. There were a few other areas along the keel that had small chips out of and we went about filling & fairing all spots required for repair & masking everything up ready for completing all the resprays. Once the resprays had been completed & the gelcoat was cured, we went about sanding all the repairs flat & buffing them up to a gloss finish. Adding the keelguard was the finishing touch to ensure the keel of the hull remains protected for future use.
