Sea Nymph Hustler Repairs, Rub Rail & Floor Replacement

This Sea Nymph came in needing a few jobs to tidy it up, but the main problem was the now spongy floor that was due for replacement. With the customer getting a new windscreen made at the same time, we went about completing all the gelcoat repairs to the deck & replacing the new rub rail from the older worn white colour which tends to fade into a pinkish colour to a brand new black one which looks smart & will not fade. After all those fixes were sorted, including the blue hull gelcoat repairs, we cut out the old cockpit floor & went about building a new one from scratch. The original stringers were actually in good condition, so it was only the floor panels on top of it that were in need of replacement. Using a composite board instead of standard plywood, the customer will never have to worry about the floor rotting out again!
