Buccaneer 565 Bowrider Hull Gelcoat Repairs

With the back rollers coming out of the trailer frame, this Buccaneer suffered some gelcoat & laminate damage to the underside after the steel arm was pressing up against the hull for a while on the customers travels. Once the boat was hoisted off the trailer, we got about grinding out the damage & laying up a new laminate on the area, before completing filling & fairing to a nice flat finish. The gelcoat colour matching was completed and after re-masking & completing the resprays the boat was ready for putting back on the trailer after the new set of rollers had been fitted and the customer was good to go!
