After an impact with the side of a dock in some heavy seas, this customer ended up with several stress fractures throughout the hull and deck and included one in the bowsprit running through into the non-skid pattern. After a lot of detailed repair work to remedy all the stress fractures, the non-skid repair required a specialized quick mold to be taken of the pattern & used to recreate the same pattern with fresh gelcoat after the stress fractures had been removed. With the stress fractures on the deck trans versing through the blue and white sections, a dual stage repair took place to ensure the lines between both colours were kept straight & true.
